TICKETS

  1. Are tickets still available for the U.S. Open Championship?
    No - The United States Golf Association utilized an application and draw process for ticket allocation which was complete in the fall of 2004. No tickets can be purchased at the gate of the championship (except Junior Teickets - See #4) . Refer to the U.S. Open website, www.usopen.com for more information.
  2. Can I purchase practice round tickets at Pinehurst Resrot on the day I want to attend?
    No, all tickets are being handled by the United States Golf Association and are mailed out in advance of the event.
  3. Do I need a ticket even if I just want to purchase a souvenir from the U.S. Open Championship?
    Yes, for the merchandise tent on grounds. No one will be permitted inside the gates without a ticket during the week of the championship. However, for a limited time prior to the U.S. Open Championship, the merchandise tent will be open for purchases. In addition some merchandise items are available at the Pinehurst Resort Clubhouse and the Carolina Hotel. Check back at www.pinehurst.com for more information on availablility of the merchandise tent.
  4. Junior Tickets - These tickets can be purchased at Will Call (located at Pinehurst Harness Track on Hwy. 5) . Practice Rounds: Age 13 to 17 are $15.00 per person. Championship Rounds: Age 13-17 are $30.00 per person. 12 and younger will be admitted free of charge on any day they are accompanied by a valid adult ticket holder. All Juniors must be accompanied by a valid adult ticket holder.
